Greater Kent Historical Society Strategic Plan

Objective:

Both the City of Kent and Greater Kent Historical Society sought to complete a 6-year strategic plan to set a new direction for future growth and success for the Kent History Museum.

Services:

We provided a plan that focused on all aspects of historic preservation including collections management, small museum operations, exhibits and interpretive displays, its external public history program portfolio, understanding its business and financial operating targets, re-envisioning its membership engagement, establishing a new fundraising strategy, understanding maintenance and capital demands, updating existing or creating new policies and procedures and more.
