“STARTUP: ALBUQUERQUE and the Personal Computer Revolution”

Description:

STARTUP connects visitors to the human stories behind some of our most ubiquitous machines. This 5,000 sq. ft. exhibit contains 350 photos, 75 artifacts, 9 videos, 6 interactives, and the immersive “Rise of the Machines,” which won the 2007 Gold MUSE award for multimedia installations. We draw out the fascinating personalities that synergized to give birth to one of the greatest and most rapid periods of technological innovation in human history.
