“Make Your Own Album Cover”

Objective:
To start visitors on the journey to becoming a blues musician by creating a stage name and designing an album cover. Connect visitors to the main medium of the exhibition Amplified: Chicago Blues: photography.
Services:
Research, interactive development, content development in collaboration with the Chicago History Museum staff, graphic design, animation, and software development.
Description:
Visitors take a self-portrait, pick a blues moniker like Catfish Gary Johnson, or Mississippi Marcia, then they choose backgrounds based on photos featured in the exhibition. They can email their masterpiece to themselves or friends.
