Description:

Allen Place Discovery Center is intended to be a visionary community center for creative exploration in the Hilltop area of Tacoma. Innovative educational programs, technology-driven, hands-on interactives, performing arts programs and events, and an inviting restaurant and coffee shop will all be packed into this dynamic space, creating cross-pollination between disciplines and ideas. The design invites young people to collaborate on creating videos, soundtracks and original music, computer games, and dance activities.
