“ALICE IN CHAINS”

Objective:

Susan Silver Management asked WEATHERHEAD to develop a pop up retrospective exhibit about the popular band, Alice in Chains, to be installed in a well-known Seattle music venue as part of the band’s promotion of its new album release, Rainier Fog.

Services:

In collaboration with Astronauts & Poets, we developed the exhibit floor plan, developed the storyline, wrote text in collaboration with Alice in Chains, specified artifacts images and their locations, designed exhibit wall system, created graphic look and feel, produced all graphics and labels, installed and de-installed exhibit.

Description:

Alice in Chains fans were treated to a retrospective of the band’s history from their early days to the present, with all of the incredible highs and devastating lows the band has experienced along the way to their current success. Photos, clothing, guitars, gold records and CDs and other unique band ephemera were on display for the first time, giving visitors a sneak peak behind the scenes of this historic Seattle band.
